I’m Dr Mike Newell – a PhD-qualified exercise physiologist and registered sport nutritionist. I founded Cambridgeshire Performance Nutrition to bring elite, evidence-based support to local athletes. With over 15 years’ experience, I’m here to help you fuel smarter, recover faster, and perform at your best.
